Warranty Policy

  • Warranty Coverage
    Korbi LED hereby provides a two (2) year warranty on its automotive LED products from the date of original purchase. This warranty is divided into:

    • One (1) year standard warranty commencing from the date of purchase.

    • An additional one (1) year warranty contingent upon online registration of the product within the prescribed registration period.

  • Scope of Warranty
    The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship under normal and intended usage conditions during the warranty period. Korbi LED warrants that the product will be free from substantial functional defects.

  • Exclusions
    This warranty expressly excludes:
    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, unauthorized modification or repair.

    • Defects resulting from improper installation not performed by certified professionals.

    • Damage caused by external factors beyond Korbi LED’s control such as power surges, environmental conditions, or natural disasters.

    • Normal wear and tear including but not limited to lumen depreciation or cosmetic alterations.

  • Warranty Registration
    To avail the second-year warranty extension, the customer must register the product online through Korbi LED’s official website within the stipulated timeframe. Failure to complete registration will limit warranty coverage to the standard one (1) year period.

  • Warranty Claim Procedure
    Customers seeking warranty service should:

    • Provide proof of purchase along with product registration details if applicable.

    • Submit the product for inspection at an authorized service center as instructed by Korbi LED.

    • Upon validation of the warranty claim, Korbi LED shall, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product free of charge.

  • Limitation of Liability
    Korbi LED’s liability under this warranty shall be limited strictly to the repair or replacement of the product as per these terms. Under no circumstances shall Korbi LED be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from product use.

  • Governing Law
    This Warranty Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
