Returns and Replacements

  1. Scope and Applicability
    This Returns and Replacements Policy (“Policy”) governs the return and replacement of products sold by Korbi LED to customers in India. By purchasing and/or using Korbi LED’s products, you (“Customer”) agree to comply with the terms set forth herein.

  2. Return Eligibility and Conditions
    a. Products shall be eligible for return only if found non-functional immediately upon unpacking (“Out of Box Defect”).
    b. Any return request must be accompanied by video evidence clearly demonstrating the product’s non-functionality as well as the absence of any physical damage or tampering.
    c. The return request, along with video evidence, must be submitted to Korbi LED within seven (7) working days from the date of delivery. Failure to comply with this timeline shall render the product non-returnable.

  3. Replacements
    a. Upon verification of a valid return request meeting the aforementioned conditions, Korbi LED shall arrange for the replacement of the defective product with a new, functional unit of equivalent specifications.
    b. No refunds shall be issued for reasons other than manufacturing defects confirmed by Korbi LED, including but not limited to customer dissatisfaction with the product or its performance.

  4. Installation Requirements
    a. All Korbi LED products must be installed exclusively by certified and professional technicians.
    b. Any product installed or attempted to be installed by persons other than certified professionals shall void any return, replacement rights, and associated warranty.

  5. Return Process
    a. To initiate a return, the Customer must contact Korbi LED at the designated helpline +91 96677 76763 or mail us at help@korbi.in and provide all necessary details and evidence as described above.
    b. Approved returns must include the original product packaging, accessories, manuals, and any other items provided during the original shipment.

  6. General Provisions
    a. Korbi LED reserves the sole discretion to accept or reject any return request based on the evaluation of submitted evidence and compliance with the Policy.
    b. This Policy is in addition to and subject to the terms of Korbi LED’s Warranty and Terms & Conditions.

  7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
